No, you do not need to be home. Most Grayson clients leave a key with our office or provide a garage or lockbox code; access details are stored securely and shared only with your assigned team. We arrive with all professional-grade products, cloths, and vacuums. If you want a specific product used on hardwoods, marble, or a family piece, leave it out and let us know and we will use yours on that surface.
