General House Cleaning

Our general* clean is a deeper version of our maintenance clean and is a detailed clean of your home. This package requires more time than a maintenance clean, and can be purchased as a first time clean. Great way to get your home under control!

Deluxe Top to Bottom House Cleaning

Our deluxe* package is a thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning overhaul of your entire home. This requires the most time of our cleaning packages, and is the best value to get your home in great shape.

Includes the General Cleaning list items cleaned by hand with a detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

  • Ceiling fan blades dry dusted

  • Cob Webs removed

  • Blinds & shutters (with heavy duster)
  • Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)

  • Lamps & lampshades (dusted or vacuumed w/ attachment)
  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)
  • Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)

  • Wipe down all outside appliances, and if appliances have been moved out, we will clean floors where appliances were.  This is also includes inside the microwave.

  • Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
  • All Cabinet fronts

  • Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, showers/tubs

  • All doors (washed)
  • Light switch plates (washed)
  • Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
  • Mirrors (Windexed all way to top*)
  • Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)

  • All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized) for empty houses

  • Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
  • Beds made
  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)

Laundry and Light Cleaning

The laundry and light cleaning service includes quick cycle washing, drying and folding/hanging of laundry and while we wait a light cleaning of your home.  The light cleaning includes surface cleaning, light dusting and a quick run through of the bathrooms and kitchen (no mopping or vacuuming).

Move In / Move Out Cleaning

(Top to Bottom Deluxe or General House Cleaning)

Move in / move out cleaning services help ensure that the residence is fully prepared to become a home again.  Even a regularly cleaned home benefits from this service – since we can attain an entirely different level of thoroughness in an empty home.

Kitchen / Bath

  • Wipe or dry dust cabinet fronts

  • Vacuum interior cabinet shelving and drawers (please ask about this extra)

  • Clean appliance exteriors and polish stainless
  • Clean inside and outside of the microwave
  • Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, showers/tubs
  • Clean countertops, backsplash, fixtures
  • Clean mirrors (streak-free)

Doors / Windows / Vents

  • Dust blinds
  • Dust A/C vents

  • Wash interior of sliding glass doors

  • Clean windows associated with entry and exit doors

Walls / Ceilings

  • Remove cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and light fixtures

  • Handwash or dust and spot clean all woodwork (baseboards, doors, door frames, handrails, window sills, etc.). Top to Bottom – handwash / General Clean hand dust

  • Wipe or dust all switch plate covers

  • Dust light fixtures and ceiling fans

Floors

  • Vacuum and mop all hard surface floors (vinyl, tile, wood)
  • Vacuum carpeting

FOR ALL HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

*It is presumed the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning.

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder.  Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.  Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning.  Excessive build up may require multiple visits or an ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning.  Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
